Leadership development

Catherine’s approach to leadership development incorporates one to one coaching and group workshops where there is a practical focus on helping leaders understand what is expected of them and how best to deliver it.

Catherine has worked with many managers and leaders from both public and private sector organisations. Development is based on the leader’s needs as assessed either by interview or through 360 degree feedback.

Training and development consultancy

Catherine works with clients to understand the issues they are facing and how they want things to be different. Catherine will then design and deliver appropriate development solutions, drawing on a wealth of experience and theoretical knowledge.
